Great car buying experience ... Staff mainlyTony could not do enough to ensure the vechile of my choice was ready for collection. With great warranty which I had no issues redeeming repairs with.... Great after sales also with warranty help. Common fault egr valve which is not down to the company... When I upgrade will be back as service great good choice of motors and friendly not pushy sales thankyou!!

I recently bought a car from here. . The process was made so easy even down to tax taxing my vehicle before I left so I was all set up. Any problems i had were sorted quickly with no hesitation. I will definitely come back in the future and have already recommended to family and friends
***AVOID AVOID AVOID*** By far the worst experience I've ever had buying a car!! Returned the car after 17 days as it had been back to the garage 4 times in those 17 days!! First day, something fell off the underneath of the car, took it back for them to fix, which they did, but after I'd had to take it back twice. After a few days it started making a rattling sound in second gear and a message came up that the anti pollution was failing. It was also pulling to the right once the car reached 40 miles per hour or more! Took it back, they tried to tell me I'd worn the clutch out, in a week!! Turns out it wasn't the clutch, it was the gear box. They 'fixed' the gear box, rang to say collect the car, so we did. It started making the same rattling sound a few days later, took it back again, their mechanic says 'yeah, you took it away before I had chance to check all of it.' Was told to return it again to be fixed. I decided I wanted my money back, told the manager/owner the reasons for me wanting my refund for him to tell me and I quote "well I'm not ready to give you your money back". Told him I wanted it, he told me to come back in 2 days, told him I didn't want the car for another 2 days as I didn't feel safe driving my children around in the car, so he tells me to leave him the car (without my refund) I refused to do this and eventually he refunded my money that afternoon but I had to wait a further 2 days for it be returned to my bank account! I would seriously avoid this place!
