I traded my Audi rs3 here in November for a Ford Focus st since then Ive had nothing but problems with the car when Ive rung up and spoken to them they say get it looked at and to sort my own inspection out for my peace of mind and let them know of the outcome to witch I did and they didnt get back to me on inspection of my car I found out that the car has been in a crash to witch I wasnt told by the sale person and it wasnt registered as been involed in a crash and to top it off since selling my Audi rs3 to dace motors Ive had 2 bus lane tickets and a parking ticket Ive rung up and spoken to Scot who says there nothing he can do as the cars sold Ive sent the ticket to them to witch there now saying they havent got them This place is a joke
We exchanged our 2015 reg car for two older cars last May. Were told they were in very good condition but we had a lot of problems with one of the cars in particular. I wrote a review regarding my experience and the disappointment in the car. I have since been in contact with the manager Jason as he replied to my review, he has taken the car back off us without any questions. Very happy and relieved with this outcome. Cannot give 5 stars as no purchase was made, staff were really friendly with no pushy sales tactics, relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely consider Dace for a future purchase.
Bought a used SUV as found to be in good condition despite age and mileage with full service record. Speedy sales and agreement with Jake who was helpful and clear. Only criticism was the requested pick up date was 1 week from the call to say it was ready, yet on arrival on the agreed time the car and documents were not out ready for us and car was still being cleaned (Despite a week's notice)
Big selection of cars and low pressure sales team - they give you time to have a browse and look at what you like without pushing the sale unlike some companies. Hassle free doing part exchange and got a good price for it. John sorted out the tax and logbook for me so all I had to do was pay and drive away. Really happy with the car too and it was well prepared and nice and clean.
