They have a no-pressure approach and let you take your time and make your own mind up. The staff were friendly, helpful and above all really pleasant to talk to. I bought my car from them 4 weeks ago, they threw-in a new MOT, it was well valeted and I am a very happy customer.
I am not local to this garage so I called up about the car before travelling. Jim was extremely helpful and very honest with the details of the car. I travelled for almost 4 hours and was very pleased with the car and purchased it straight away. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for them adding on credit card charges. There is no where on their site that says they will add these charges so I was very disappointed. I did agree to them as it was still cheaper for me to use the card than a finance.Like another review further down, I also had trouble with the log book, it never arrived. I had to send of for it myself after waiting 8 weeks. I was eager to get the log book as I had been stopped by the police to be told my car had been cloned and they needed to check mine. Thankfully I was driving the genuine car.

I recently made the trip to Burnage Motors after a nice phone call to Jim as I wanted to check a few thing's as I was travelling long distance, Jim answered the questions without any hesitations and made sure I was happy with what was answered.....i then travelled to the dealership, arrived and I was greeted with a friendly hello. I was impressed with the car and struck a deal on the day..Jim is friendly and warm but also leaves you alone to gather thoughts and for you to look around the cars without any pressure, if you need to talk to them they are there. I love the car too..the other cars are clean un marked and all in good condition. A very good dealership and very friendly to and no pressure at all. Definitely purchase another vehicle when the time comes..Daniel
