Customer care done right from Gareth and from the Romiley Car Sales itself.They agreed from the get go to take the car I was interested in, to a Specialist Mercedes garage.They have had the car for a couple of days, so they had not had the chance to have it checked. The car had had all its services with the Mercedes dealer and had been very well taken care of. After the mechanic spotted an oil leak (that needed further investigation to find its origin), I was not interested in the car anymore. They returned my deposit straight away and were very understanding. After having been to more than a few car dealers, I found one that you can trust. I would definitely use them again.
