Staff helpful, friendly, and competent.. one complaint I had difficulty parking, drove around car park three times, couldn't find a space that would accommodate you getting a wheelchair out, two cars were parked in the two disabled bays, without blue badges, we had to wait for a space, even then the only one we could get we had to get the chair and passenger out before parking...
Service is only great presale and when you are in warranty. After that though! Was sent around the various Evans for a locking wheel bolt issue
Im perplexed at some of the negative comments that I have seen on this review page! I recently bought a new car from Evans Halshaw Stockport (Citroen) and truly experienced a 5 star service. Alana was completely professional and very keen to make sure that the specification of the new car I wanted was nothing short of perfect. The team were also extremely helpful and bent over backwards to find my dream car and ensure a quick and seamless purchase. If there was a 6star option then that would have been selected.
