Let down by poor service department. Car booked in at 8:30 for service while I waited. It was still not started at 10:30 when they tried to blame lease company, even though Lookers only sent paperwork at 10:15. Gave up and left as I had appointments. Manager finally called, after many reminders, and said it was because they had been busy checking in other customers - shame about the poor sod sat waiting!Not a patch on the old Eccles dealership.
Absolutely shocking customer services been ask to bring my car @8 this morning and it's afternoon and nobody touch my car it is a complete waste of my time and the workers behaving very rude don't know nothing about customer service and this the second time I have experienced this sort of behaviour with Skoda to be honest next time I would go to my local garage then here very disappointed they say the wash the car but they didn't for I think maybe it's for some group of ppl my advice AVOID this company when I go to Toyota the treat you like royalty well that is the amazing Toyota
