Had two vehicles off this dealer - first one had numerous issues and they never sorted it out, would rather fob me off; eventually traded for a second vehicle and that again ended up having to undertake costly repairs on suspension etc after a couple of months - very much a let down since the best part of 3500 was spent here! - This trader obviously has little regard for the quality of the vehicles it sells. Wouldn't recommend at all.....
bought a car in 2017 and within a couple of days of taking it, it broke down. i then had to pay for my own tow truck to take it back to them as they said they would re-reimburse me for it which they never did even though i sent them the invoice on numerous occasions. took 3 weeks to fix. got it back and within a few months had problems with it. in just over a year of having it we spend almost 2,000 on numerous occasions at which point we have now had to have it scrapped. be very cautious when buying from here
Nice small family run business
My daughter bought a car from here last month, the staff could not have been more helpful, including taking us down to the local post office to get the vehicle taxed, when the online service failed to work. A couple of warranty items dealt with properly, not trying to wriggle out of their responsibilities, actually collected the vehicle from my daughter's work and returned when fixed. Really impressed with the whole car buying experience, would give 6 stars if possible!!
