Great company , value for price and no messing around with lots of paperwork . Great sevice will use again . I hired a van from Reading and dropped the van off in Stockport , deposit given back almost immediately .
One question please.?Why is it the cost 4 hire involving weekend is 4 times more than a weekday and can't be due 2 paying staff etc as Sunday CLOSED Sat Close 12 Noon so how do you work or warranty this large increase in costs I can't see it does it you robbers because of this now go elsewhere to hire
Great service, car was immaculate and contract was fully explained to me before I was asked to sign. The handover process at the end of the rental was simple and straightforward and my deposit was refunded to my credit card within minutes. I'll certainly use Enterprise if I need to hire a car again.
Very helpful friendly and professional service. I had a great experience being picked up by Ben at my workplace and being very sympathetic and helpful when I explained I only had very limited time as I needed to pick up my son from nursery. He arranged vehicle to be ready as soon as and gone through all the paperwork extra quick. Top score.
Very friendly staff. Don't remember the ladies name but she was so friendly. One of the many things I love about this company is the drop off service. Love that. The day I picked up the car, they were under staffed (I think), but the lady was so calm and collected. I didn't feel at all like I was side lined. Very friendly lady and amazing customer service. 10/10.
