Thank you, to the very talented vets, at woodcroft, took our cat, pepper with a very sore eye was referred from animal trust who wasn't sure what it was after one appointment Peoper was diagnosed with an absess on her eye, and started the right treatment after 2 months Peppers eye is vertually back to normal, glad to say she's back to her normal self, lovely caring team x
I have used the Councillor lane facility for routine visits and also the emergency hospital in Cheadle Hulme when we needed. Lovely caring vets, fair pricing and good facilities. Will always accommodate at short notice. We wont take our cat anywhere else.
Was referred by my local vets here. I looked online and found somewhere else Id prefer to take my fur baby, so when the receptionist rang to arrange an appointment for me, I explained that Ill be going somewhere else. She was very rude and replied oh so you arent coming here at all then, right And they way she said it made me so glad Im going somewhere else! So unprofessional
I switched to this practice about 18 months ago after my dog was hospitalised with them. The level of care has been exceptional. I have been able to discuss and agree medications rather than just being given a drug or vaccination. This allows me to make decisions that I am comfortable with , not just be told what is going to happen. The staff are all helpful, kind and caring and there is a vast area if expertise within the group. I have every confidence in this practice.
Cheadle practice is always clean and fresh, receptionists are pleasant and helpful and the vets without exception are brilliant.On occasion when visiting the vet it can be a worrying and stressful time and all the staff do their very best to help the process easier.Well done Woodcroft
