I have been taking my pets, (both family pets & my own) to this practice for over 20yrs now. Not once has the way they treat & care for animals both pets & wildlife been 2nd to none.They treat all patients with love, care, dignity & professionalism of the highest standards, plus going out of their way to make the experience as stressful for the animals as possible. The staff at every level knows what to do & how to do it 2 the best of their ability.
Used these vets for years however never again! Australian vet who was treating my dog failed to recognise a fatal condition in my dog which would of caused unimaginable pain. Ended up taking her to emergency vets one night who recognised the condition as soon as she seen her. Unfortunately had to have my dog PTS as she was suffering and no treatment available. I am furious that they allowed a animal to suffer so badly due to incompatance. I also Googled the symptoms of my dog and the cause was the first thing that came up! This vet used to be brilliant but now it is just about how much money they can make out of you! AVOID!!!
The best vets in the area. The staff are very friendly and caring yet efficient. True animal lovers. The vets have their own rooms which lead off a central waiting room which is open to the office giving it a family feel. Next door is a decent sized car park with free parking.Would highly recommend.
Best vets around! Disappointed and let down by other local vets but had an amazing experience at Marple so far. Plenty of time, not rushed and my dog loves it. Very happy
