A great Park for the family to enjoy nice walk down by the river. Pet friendly general my kept in good order by the park staff. I personally enjoy this park in summer it's a feel good park if you know what I mean everybody enjoying them selves so I think 5 star for something that is free to the public
Well kept, great local park. Worth a visit with your dog, brilliant for picnics in the summer. Plenty to explore in the woods by the river as well.
Lovely park, big open spaces; lots of dog walkers and stunning colours in the Autumn. A good walk can be had following the river round to back to the car park (though be advised there are over 100 steps at the other end to get back up! Alternatively, start at the car park and go down the steps).
Very popular with dog walkers today. Reasonably tidy considering it's inner town location. Decent Autumn walk along river.
Beautiful park. Veiws are to die for. Quite big. Has toilets and cafe. Cafe was a fair price for a cafe. Had a little maze and other sculptures around. Kids enjoyed it. The hall was lovely but looked as if it had closed which was a shame.
