Can't fault their level of service. My other half had a nasty injury out riding on a Sunday last year before Christmas, and on the Monday they were on the phone helping him us the claims process. Money came in within about 10 days and is still coming in now as he still isn't at work. Probably would've had to lend from our parents if we didn't have these guys. Very professional and helpful as obviously we had a lot of questions. Well worth the 20 a month we pay.
