My son is not getting any answers to his phone calls. Either gets put through to nobody or hung up on. He simply wants his proof of no claims. His new insurer is now going to cancel if he doesnt provide and be charged fees. This is outrageous when hes been paying 170 a month for insurance to you. Disgraceful service.
