Reception staff very rude & clearly do not want to be there
The wait for an appointment is usually up to three weeks and the receptionists think they're the doctors
Very poor - having to wait a week or more for an appointment.
I've been a patient with this practise for about 13yrs now. always get seen very quickly. My GP has been awesome, and the staff in reception are great too. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the 'well' Pharmacy next-door, so much so I got my prescriptions automatically sent to Boots now. Otherwise HMMC is top notch.
Excellent surgery. Friendly reception staff. Warm, cosy reception makes you feel relaxed. Seen at appointment time. Easy to get an appointment. Toilets but no restrooms.
