I had an appointment for 10.30 on the 28. 8 18. Arriving at 10.20 I checked in and went to wait. By 11 am I was still waiting. I returned to reception where I was told I was next to see doctor. I went back to wait. By 11.20 I still had not send a doctor. I returned to reception to be told again that I was next to be seen. Returning to the waiting area a number of people before went before. By this time it was 11.40 and I still had not seen a doctor. Returning to reception I told the receptionist I couldn't wait any longer. She was amazed that I hadn't been seen. I therefore had to make another appointment for 3 days later. As I had just been discharged from hospital I was eager to see a doctor ad I was not feeling well. I'm considering changing practices. My family have been with Eastholm surgery for 35 years. Very dissatisfied with the way the merger has gone.
I have been registered with Eastholm surgery for about 6years now. They always been very helpful and friendly with an excellent service,but the reason that i decided to write this review, is one of the best doctors that i have ever had in this surgery . Dr B Dunkan is amazing,So patient and always happy to help. He is the one, who is going that extra mile for his patients. I adore him and I thought I owe this review to him. Thank you Dr Duncan
