Extremely difficult to book the appointments, even for child. Poor service. Reception for some reason keep using my old number after it has been updated many times
It's a fairly small surgery by some standards these days and is part of a larger group which means doctors circulate round a fair bit. Again, like most surgerys these days, waiting times for appointments can be quite long but the reception staff are friendly and helpful in my experience.

Unable to get through to this practice on the phone, even when I have attended in person the rude illiterate reception staff advise they can't book any appointments and to come back the following day! No reason given. Avoid at all costs, there are better practices in the area.
Rude reception staff especially Aliya who has no manners whatsoever. Impossible to get an appointment here, I have since joined another practice which is wonderful.
