Shambolic, again.I have just spent some considerable time getting to my morning appointment to be told that the appointment did not appear to have been noted on screen. This despite me speaking at length to the receptionist 2 weeks ago and subsequently making this appointment.This is the same practice mind you that rang me a few months ago to discuss my blood and urine test results when I hadnt had any tests done. This surgery is a shambles. My girlfriend has been trying to get an appointment for a chest infection for 3 days now, only to constantly be told "phone back tomorrow/in the afternoon" surely the whole point of a doctors surgery is to actually see patients? We will be transferring to a surgery that actually seems to care about patient health.
Following my last experience of getting my prescription, it failed to get sorted till over a week, good job it wasnt a life threatening medication, i would of been stuck. Spoke to the practice manager for this and other issues. Was eventually sorted. I visited again today, receptionist there says cant find your prescription. Do you have an appointment? My reply. Yes i do, then she said ill definitely get it for you then. Right ok, next im getting given a prescription unsigned and told to get doctor to sign it when i go in for my appointment. I then asked as this happened last time with my repeat prescription, will it happen again this getting misplaced situation? The response from the receptionist was a disgrace, whats the problem you got your prescription now. "Erm not the point though is it". And over hearing its not just me having problems with this situation 2 more was to follow with other things been misplaced. Moving practice.
The time is 12.45 and the phone has been ringing for the last ten mins no answer. Wanted to get a prescription wrongly issues replaced.Things are getting better I am told and this may be the case.
The best Doctors that I've ever had.... the entire TEAM are very helpful, highly recommend this place.
