Nipped in for a snack & a pint. Tables were booked up but they managed to squeeze us in without booking (its popular this place). Great service and good price . One of Stockports Gems!
Home made cottage pie, very nice. Fast efficient service. Nice busy atmosphere.
The food is reasonably priced and tastes amazing. Had a lovely evening at the Arden arms. Great atmosphere and really lovely attentive staff.
Absolutely love this place and their iconic cheese and onion pie. Always a warm welcome and service is spot on. Not sure if it's new management or not but do feel like the ingredients to their cheese and onion pie has changed and isnt as great as it used to be hence the 4* rating however don't let the stop you going and enjoying some of the amazing other foods they have to offer.
My absolute favourite pub in Stockport. Great food and lovely, well looked after ales as well as serving my favourite Wood Navy Rum. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a change of management has only enhanced the business by providing more outdoor space. An absolute must for any decent pub crawl.
