Great stored easy where I live to get to but, I heard staff saying they are always short staffed and overworked. That's why they don't look that happy. Shame....Hard working people...
Friendly store with good quality goods at a reasonable price. Revisited the store today 28/09 and asked to speak to the Pharmacist about Vitamin D. He was a very pleasant gentleman and answered all my questions thoroughly, providing invaluable advice and recommendations that I could trust. I was very impressed and felt confident in my purchase. One of the most helpful pharmacists I have come accross. He had good rapport with me and excellent customer service was provided.
Only put one star on because it is the only means of loading a review. I will never give this store another thought or penny following the embarrassment that I was subjected to today over the refund on my parking slip. To paraphrase Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman) - Epic own goal. You have just lost a customer of fifteen years standing who spends a minimum of 60 on a normal weekly visit.#fail
Lots of help particularly at checkout from nice thoughtful staff. As a disabled person I appreciate all the willing assistance. When they merge make sure the snooty shower at Sainsbury get the heave ho and preserve the Asda environment. From the electric buggy to the help desks this a superstore in every sense of the word.
