There is a really poor range of veggie and vegan items. Forces me to go across the road to Sainsbury's where the shop and staff are more welcoming anyway!
i am giving my 1 star as i completely agree with a person below. Stuff is very unwelcoming, sad and unpleasant. I also have a bad experience with their post desk people and swarn not to go there again, but , was forced too pop in. My cc was once lost while shopping with my daughter in a store and the stuff didnt bother to announce that they have found it. A nice man when i got to the tills mentioned that customer service have it as they found it. I would have went home and never knew they had it! Furthermore, i bought goods from aldi store that day and the woman on a self check in service were trying to ask and pointing out that i had to pay for them, while searching for my cc. Why??? Awful just utterly despicable and disgusting.

once a very nice place to shop recently not so much , the staff have now social skills at all and when my partner went to post some parcels the guy on the counter was very agressively angry for some unknown reason very rude and in front of my child , i wouldnt be going there again and i would susgest you stay clear too, just to note me and my partner have been going there for 10+ years and after this experience and also wud ive seen in there while shopping its not a nice place to go , bare in mind 1 one star is minium i can put if i could there wudnt be any
Barely anyone on check outs so you have to use self check outs whilst staff stand there....the clothing section is pretty pointless and could be used far better to stock more items that you stock online.I can't use home delivery now as I know most items will be out of stock and I'll have to go to the shops to get the missing items...
