I recently sold my house with Warrens Online. I initially checked out a few of the cut price online agencies that advertise on tv but decided not to use them for the following reasons....1. I have known Warren for many years when renting out property in Hazel Grove so he is truly a LOCAL agent with knowledge of the local market and useful contacts. Reviews of some cut price guys seemed to indicate that often the "local" agent was not that local and was allocated an overly-large area with too many widespread appointments, too many clients and lack of specific local knowledge . Warren was able to help with " I need a handyman Warren - no problem try ...." and "I need to dispose of white goods" - again, sorted. I also chose one of his recommended local solicitors to handle the sale (Jones Law of Marple) and they were excellent.2.SERVICE level - apart from the occasions mentioned above, they were very proactive in contacting me to keep me posted on the progress of the sale and kept their finger on the pulse clearing log jams along the way. The whole process was remarkably stress free.3. COST. Warrens gave a comprehensive service for a very reasonable fixed price. By the time I added "extras" to some of the cheap deals, (eg I live out of the area and needed accompanied viewing) there was little difference in cost considering the sums involved in selling a house and I was dealing with a friendly, helpful person I have known for many years and could trust.I have no hesitation in recommending Warrens.

My experience with Warrens has been thoroughly positive. The staff at Warrens, in particular Stef, and Warren himself, are very diligent are are incredibly committed to assisting tenants with any housing needs. I have dealt with many agencies in my time as a tenant over the years in Greater Manchester, and I was actually surprised at the level of respect that Warrens show tenants; it is in stark contrast with some of the other agencies across the city.I would highly recommend this agency if you are a potential tenant.
