I rang in a panic at 5 pm last night as I had been unable to get a new armchair upstairs with the help of my daughter. We had bought the armchair that day and had managed to lift it from the car into the hallway but the stairs proved too much as the chair was wider than the stairs and needed to be lifted above them. 2 young men came this morning on their way to a proper job and lifted the chair (effortlessly) upstairs for me. Brilliant, prompt service. Thank you.
