From receiving the quote to moving us Jennie and her team at We're Moving provided us with an excellent service both before during and after the move Nothing was too much trouble and the team worked really hard on both days of our move to ensure all went smoothly The movers were courteous and polite throughout and ensured the move flowed smoothly. Very pleased with our experience. Company recommended by a smaller removal company. Excellent communication throughout, all staff really pleasant. Good quality packing materials provided and included in the cost. We chose to do our own packing. On the day of the move the guys turned up promptly, worked well as a team and soon had the vans loaded without a single complaint or issue. They obviously were very experienced and manoeuvred bigger pieces of furniture through doorways with ease. They had a 5 hour wait while we awaited completion but were still in good spirits. I would highly recommend them. Moving our possessions was probably the least stressful part of moving with these guys.
No trading standard approved reliance (b.a.r) or similar, and minimum experianced/trained staff which is a shame because some of the FT lads will try there best but you can only work with the tools provided save your hard earned money and go with a company that wont fill you with bunkum and can do the job as promised without any stress.buy cheap pay twice.....
We moved from just outside Manchester to Edinburgh in November and had a really great experience with We're Moving, right from the initial phone call and visit to assess the size of the van we'd need to moving day the service was friendly, professional and stress free. We were given tips on packing and plenty of packing materials were included in the price, which was very reasonable. The lads that turned up on moving day had the house emptied in no time and were waiting for us in Edinburgh when we arrived. Thanks again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
