A fantastic venue with plenty of atmosphere and style provided by it's art deco interior. This building is an oasis of style and class in a desert of 1960's and more recent architecture. Long may it continue to be so.
It's a good theatre with friendly and professional staff. I have been few times for few concerts and I had a good time. Thanks to all the staff of The Plaza Stockport.
Just enjoyed afternoon tea in the cafe with friends. Lovely atmosphere and really good value for money. Had Conaught Tea for 8.50.,choice of sandwich with salad, scone with cream and jam, tea or coffee. Very pleasant afternoon.
Lovely cozy Theatre although it has a full size stage and productions to match.Cafe and facilities really good.Booking office good.Can be a little loud when bands are on but I would rather hear things than come out wondering what I missed.Very glad the Plaza is getting popular ,the volunteer staff are passionate and keen to please. So well done.
Sleeping beauty is a very good show. Plaza is nice, had to go back out to find cash machine as they didn't have card facilities that worked. Could have told us on way in. Way overpriced snacks and not much to choose from. Had a nice night after the kids got their drinks etc.
