For what it is, it is brilliant value for money. Friendly staff, clean and good continental breakfast.
I must say from stepping foot through the door the service was the best we have ever experienced here. We had quite a bit trouble as we had broken down on the way there and the staff couldnt have done anymore for us. We will always book this hotel as we are regular flyers from Manchester Airport so once again a massive thank you to the girl who was on duty the man behind the bar and the chef.
2nd visit to this restaurant and again the food was excellent. Nice and cosy and suitable for all your family or if you want to more intimate. Service is spot on and can be recommended. Will definitely visit again.
Its a nice hotel! We just had a one night stopover, but we would not object to visiting again. The hotel is quite old and our room was slightly odd shaped, but no issues with it. Perhaps a bit more general maintenance throughout wouldn't go a miss. Excellent location and polite friendly staff. Thanks!
Booked for the location. Easy to find,plenty of parking. Bus stop right outside to Manchester.Room was nice. Generous amounts of tea,coffee, milk. Enjoyed the continental breakfast which was included in the price. The lady serving us at breakfast was so helpful and lovely. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Overall good value.Minus points were access to bathroom difficult as door opened on to sink ( room 209) and the pillows could be a lot better.
