Had to join a very long queue here just tobuy one item. When I got at least halfway along the queue, a member of staff camealong to take my order. As I said before, it was only one item and after taking my name and after I had pointed out the item in the window, when I got to the front of the queue, the assistant still brought me the wrong item. Eventually the right one was brought I am glad to say. Bit of a mish mash I personally thought.

Placed a reservation for a ring for your wedding to be ordered in. Waited 4 weeks heard nothing. Went to shop to be told cant get it . Asked why did you not ring us and let us know.. oh its not our policy to do that... are you kidding me. What type of customer service makes people wait and then not call them. If you ordered a ring and we never showed to collect I am sure you would be calling us then. I vow never to shop there again and inform anyone I meet to avoid the brand as well. Absolutely disgusted with this company
