Absolutely shocking customer service. If you want to a buy a watch through them thats worth over 1000 go somewhere else. They actually dont stock the watches they have on the website - so you pay and are left waiting for delivery between 4 and 6 weeks. After calling and emailing and getting no information after 5 weeks, and then continued hounding post 6 weeks I was told the watch was not available and they would have to issue a refund. Nearly 2 weeks later and the refund has not been processed. Total customer service was shocking and I was left doing the following up. STAY PUT OF THIS SHOPCHECK OUT TRUST PILOT FOR SIMILAR STORIES.
I contacted Paul to make a bracelet for my wife for our wedding anniversary, he told me he would be hand picking all the stones himself to ensure he would be 100% happy with the finished piece, but I never expected it to look as good as it did! Simply stunning!! Thank you Paul..
