Someone is rude there .
Dr Marshall is very arrogant and rude as is Dr Ahmed. Dr Lancashire, seems pretty sympathetic and helpful but the appointments take forever to get and the staff are quite clueless about things and customer service. Would avoid Dr Marshall he's utterly useless.
Thay never answer the phone and reception are rude. The only good thing is dr armed and dr Lancashire
The receptionist are all so rude speak to you like your thick I don't no why they are their as they clearly don't like their jobs they are forever getting my repeat prescription messed up they never answer the phone n even when the doctor had said I need bloods doing ergent the receptionist will be awkward b make out like their is no appointments they all need sacking. The only good thing about that doctors is Dr Lancashire and Dr Ahmed they are both lovely n very helpful. Dr Marshall on the other hand is as bad as the receptionist
They need to sort their staff out on reception so rude and cutting the phone on your face and the doctors need to be more helpful than saying they cant really do anything. They are there for a reason not to just sit on a chair and get paid.
