Doctors are amazing when you get to see them. Overloaded and takes over a month just for a blood test too. Awful in my opinion I am sure you agree.
Polite staff....but incredibly difficult to get through to make an appointment!

Joined this surgery on a recommendation and really regretted it. It is so difficult to get through to them on the phone (and they never responded to a complaint I made about that) and almost impossible to get an appointment within 2 weeks. They also lost a sample I gave and I had to go all the way back to do it again, delaying my treatment for an infection.
Rude/blunt receptionists and terrible service. Transferring here from Bramhall Village surgery was one of my worst decisions.
