Very clean. Usually not very busy and great for evening workouts. Spa facilities are great!

I was about hesitant about becoming a member due to the cost compare to everywhere else but I bit the bullet and decided to.It was a good choice, All the equipment are in top shape and up to date, the place is clean, offers swimming pool, sauna and just opened Spa and they have a Boditrax machine which record everything of your body.The staff are brilliant and friendly to say the least.You pay the higher price for what you get and its worth the money.Only downside I would say is the kids swimming on a Saturday between 10-12 to where its packed with kids at the pool.
