Fantastic new fitness timetable launched this week w.e.f 01/08/07. Sophie's new circuit and HIIT classes are fab so challenging and you really feel the burn.Atef's legs bums and tums class and new box fit class also fab.

Great gym staff always friendly and helpful. Small gym but like another comment there not set times where it's really busy so you can get on anything you want. Recommended
