Terrible service staff were rude and inappropriate
Absolutely disgusted with this company, upon calling to enquire on how to go about a visit for a family member in the evenings we was told that there would be a charge. A CHARGE TO SEE A PASSED FAMILY MEMEBER. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
I cannot thank the staff at John Brierley &Son enough for the care and attention shown to the Family of the late Simon Glue, it has been a difficult time but Alan was so supportive to the family in their hour of need, and to his wonderful staff on the day of the. I couldn't have asked for a better funeral directors. Supportive and patient, we felt under no pressure to decide on anything and my mother in law could take her time in preparing to say goodbye to her husband. There are no words to say thank you for everything.
