Staff very friendly, I wasn't sure what I wanted but was given lots of ideas and loved the double spray we had at our grandma's funeral :)

Very disappointed was treated to some flowers by someone which were delivered to my work as a surprise and the flowers were dead well within 4 days. When complaining my friend found the Manager/Owner to be quite abrupt who asked for a picture of the flowers that were sent and said would do something about it. Never heard back and a lovely gesture ruined.
