Unprofessional rude My computer come back in a worse state than it was when i took it to the shop And refuse to fix the damage!!!!they have no idea what they are doing and shouldnt be running a shop !!!!disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!!!! Give this -5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!
PC Direct to the rescue again. My computer died and I feared the worst. In less than 24 hours it was diagnosed and cured and some problems of ageing corrected. It now runs and looks as good as new,
I tried to repair my desktop PC and made everything worse. PC Direct to the rescue. By the next morning it was as good as new and only cost their standard charge. Many thanks, I can while away the hours on Train Sim again.
