Received wrong item in a wrong size. Seller refused a refund. Never again.
This website isnt based in Stockport anymore. I spoke to the previous owner of the website who closed the website 10 years ago. The new owner of the domain isnt a company, its one person purchasing the goods as you also buy them. I know this as my order was refused a return. Because my order was refused a return, it made it almost impossible for a refund. The owner will try to haggle a refund if you arent satisfied which is baffling. You cant even return your item if its wrong for the original item you purchased! Dont buy from here. I had to go through by bank to get my money back because the guy wouldnt accept my return or full refund. Needless to say, wont be buying anything from this online store again.
The absolute worst online shopping experience Ive ever had. They sent NO updates and never reached out to me after multiple attempts to contact via e-mail. They shipped an item A MONTH later and it wasnt even the correct item. NEVER buying from again. Complete lack of professionalism, and an absolutely inept, putrid poor excuse for a company.
