Helpful staff and a good but not great selection. they didnt have what i needed but they were helpful in explaining what they did have instead and offered me alternative options, they even helped me try to find where i could get what i was looking for.

Normally never have a problem here. But beginning of December I bought a pc off the game website which said 3days delivery but took 3weeks to arrive only just in time for Christmas. No updates whats so ever .Only an automated email after 3days saying it had been delivered when clearly it had not. So you can imagine our panic. Had to deal with Fierce PC as Game turned out to be just a Broker. Now pc faulty and cant take back to game as say nowt to do with them I need to deal with Fierce PC online. And still waiting for them to reply :-(
