Have been visiting Ivy Dental Practice in Stockport for the last 15 years, Malc Newsome is our family dentist who has treated my children since they were toddlers and is absolutely fantastic, as are all the staff there - very professional.My children now love going to the dentist thanks to Malc's calming, gentle and professional manner, wouldn't go anywhere else!Highly recommend this practice.
Having been a patient at this practice for many year's i have got to warn people not to go here and i will never go back or recommend this place.Firstly i had a issue with 1 of my back teeth and they said i needed it extracting, they actually removed the wrong tooth leaving me suffering with problems and unstable back teeth and a cavity in the tooth next to the one that they removed.Secondly i tried to make an appointment to see a dentist to rectify the cavity in the tooth that they should of removed when they took out the wrong one! Only to be rudely patronised by some jumped up girl called Adel and told that due to the fact that my card was declined last time i went and the payment went through late i have been removed from the system and could not be re registered as it was practice policy. So all in all they made a right mess of my teeth and dont want to face up to what they have screwed up.I am now in touch with a solicitor and will make sure that i am compensated for how i have been treated and the damage they have caused to my mouth.For you own sake Do not let Malcome Newson or any of his associates at this "butchers" practice anywhere near your mouth, they don't care about the patients only cash they can get out of you...BE WARNED DO NOT GO TO IVY DENTAL PRACITCE
I can highly recommend The Ivy Dental practice. The entire team are professional and extremely kind and caring and make you feel completely at ease, which is especially important if you are nervous going to the dentist which I know a lot of people are. The Ivy team make the entire dentist experience a pleasure and my young daughter loves going!
This is an amazing practice, I've been a patient for 10 years . The team there are so wonderful and out you at ease immediately. I like to have a little joke when I'm nervous and they always join in to help me relax!! The dentist I am treated by is lovely (Dr. Newsome) and has always given me good advice to keep my mouth in good order, a huge thank you.
I have attended the Ivy dental practice this morning for a Root Treatment, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful.
