The only dentist I've seen at this clinic is Maryam Yousefi. I was a patient for almost 3 years simply because there are NO other NHS dentists in the area. I spent almost two years in pain from two unrelated tooth problems. It's near impossible to get an appointment within THREE MONTHS of phoning with a real problem and if you even bother to say you have been in pain for a while, they tell you that you have "the option to go private". I didn't realise I could simply choose to go private and all my pain and tooth problems would disappear - I thought one had to have actual MONEY to do that. If I had MONEY I would certainly not chose to "go private" at South Reddish Dental Clinic!! Athough from the sound of it, if you are not an NHS patient, your treatment and experience will be vastly different from mine.
if awards were being given for bad attitude this practice would get it.the receptionist was ignorant and rude, and the female dentist seemed to have the attitude that she is something special because she went dental school. I think the problem is that its so hard to find a dentist in the area thats taking on customers, they think can get away with "like it or lump it" service.
