Being a small collector of several old Mercedes from 1972 models upwards, my cars require regular works/maintenance and I have been extremely impressed with the service given by SPR as my local Mercedes specialist. I could not recommend them highly enough. No job seems to big or too small which I very much like and costs are very reasonable. 5 stars from me.
Great garage. Very helpful & knowledgable about Mercedes and feels like a company committed to doing a fair, honest job. They replaced my front wheel bearings at very short notice for me which was very much appreciated as I had a long journey I needed to make. Very happy to recommend to friends.
Had my full service here and I couldnt recommend enough. Service was friendly and personable from all of the staff from the moment I walked in. Paula, on reception, was welcoming and on the ball with ensuring everything ran smoothly. I waited for my car and was offered refreshments and made to feel comfortable but wasnt waiting long as my car was ready in just over an hour. The owner, Sam, was very hands on with everything and even helped in cleaning my car after the service was complete. 5* service and competitive prices. Highly recommend.
