Great store.I was a bit disappointed this time as I had a job to find what I wanted. I found some of the items expensive.II was helped to locate items by a very helpful member of staff . I also wanted tubes of glass paint but could only find gold. The individual oil paints were too expensive so I had to go to Turner's art shop for those.
Everything you can think off for hobbies you may have. Wide selection that your spoilt for choice. Friendly staff, child friendly. Loved it!
Superb went In for a die cutting machine and needed advice. What I got was excellent full on help even down to how to use it. The lady was brilliant and the service and standard of the goods were top class.
I always go straight to the wool area. Plenty of stock in. WI wool very good quality. I spent a birthday voucher from Hobbycraft of 5. Now enjoying making a scarf with my spends
A very big shop with plenty of stock and staff are very happy to help you, but I did find on one visit their wasn't enough staff around on the floor, I was looking for a certain item and couldn't find it so I tried to find a member of staff to ask, I searched on the ground level as that is where I was. No one was to be seen so I headed up stairs again no one to be seen so I headed back downstairs and looked up and down the Isles trying to spot a member of staff. in the end I joined the queue to ask the staff at the checkout. I must admit if it wasn't an item i needed that day I would of given up searching for a member of staff and walked out. Eventually when it was my turn to be served at the till I asked if they could help me which the young man did and he was very helpful.( it was out of stock) so was ordered in for me.
