The shop was a total mess, with shoes piled high! 3 staff chatted amongst themselves as a browesd the store for ten minutes!Not one of them acknowledged me, even when I stood next to them, looking right at them!

Very good on customer service I took some faulty shoes back with no receipt today they said if I can get proof of purchase I. E bankstatement I could exchange.Exchange was done thank youAnge
