It is not a bad post office, however I have been served by a person called Hayley and every time she used to leave an unpleasant print on my day. I find her really unwelcoming, measurable and unpleasant. Furthermore, I had a very bad incident with a guy on a till who was asking me to stick the labels on a packages. I was receiving a very important call from hospital and couldn't interact with him. I told him to post everything 2nd class. He then started telling me if I want it recorded or not and giving me sticker to put on plastic bag. Eventually I got very stressed and agitated!!!! Every time I put sticker it was a wrong place. I needed to terminate my call and was very distressed. My anxiety levels have flared up. A woman came to me and asked what was wrong as they thought I was attacking him but I wont. Rest just stood there like goats with faces like they never seen an edgy person in their entire life!! They made me feel very upset. When I explained the reason to why i been stressed - no apology or symphaphy followed!!!That is not my job to stick labels on packages and regardless if I do talk to someone, it is your job to stick the label, get the parcel weighed and take it no matter if I am on a phone or not. You also was given a clear instructions on how to post it!!!While working with general public please force a smile at least and provide polite customer service. If you can't do your job and ask customers to stick labels for you, making them frantic I suggest you do not work in customer service!!!!!! This is my last time I step my foot in this post office.

Visit most days to do post items for ebay etc. Service is friendly and they always try to be prompt. Thomas seems to have a good knowledge of his job and has saved us money in the past by pointing out where we can cut costs.
