I know the owner and he is very helpful I think people have an "I am so important" attitude these day's and must go in with a bad tone I have never had a problem
Avoid at all costs! The owner (Guy with Scottish accent) is extremely rude and arrogant. We have a repeat prescription which has we have had for a few years. There has been no problem until this year, very often he hasn't got our medication, or hasn't got the prescription (the doctors are next door and are sent to him electronically). This week he didn't have the prescription, and then started to make excuses about the medication is not available. He then talks over you and says 'I am not interested, you are just going to repeat yourself so I am not listening'.
Absolute rip off, unfortunately the only place open on a Sunday evening local!
I contacted the pharmacy to buy a product. A very rude man with a heavy scottish accent and a very cocky demeanor picked up the phone, I tried to ask my question he would speak over me. Really when you come to work you should leave your problems at home. When someone asks for some thing listen to them first instead of not giving them a chance and telling them inaccurate advice.
Not the best experience used them for a while then the owner think hes from Scotland very rude and abrupt towards me when he was busy one day so never been back since. Sorry but its true
