Called late on a Saturday night about a Upvc door that wouldnt close or lock. There was nobody available for an emergency call out but sure locks gave simple advice over the phone which sorted the problem - thanks!
We had an issue locking our patio door, so we rang Sure Locks the evening before (which was late evening) and John came first thing the following morning and fixed the problem for us. Very friendly (felt like we'd known him for years!), very efficient, would highly recommend! :)
