Wash was terrible and lazy. I asked them to rectify and instead of fixing the problem, I received alot of abuse and they refused to clean my car as I had complained. I also noticed some money was missing from my car. It was only 2 but when I challenged this they refused and declined to show me cctv. Very dodgy, save yourself time and money by avoiding this place

Gone downhill in the last year. Lazy workers who do less than what you paid for and obviously you don't notice this til you've got home and looked at the car.Last few months their price board suddenly disappeared and it appears they charge what they feel like nowWould rather go further up the road and get a better wash.
AVOID THIS CAR WASH! Terrible wash, lazy, abusive staff, disgusting attitude! II decided to stop by whilst driving past. I should have read these reviews first. I am not surprised by the bad reviews here at all. The 5 star reviews here also seem to be from fake accounts...They used a jet washer and shampoo, everything seemed okay so far. They then asked me to drive forward every so often, and towards the end of the wash they asked me to move forward so that my car was close to the exit. I noticed this car wash tactic of theirs straight away, they were obviously hoping I would pay through my window and drive off without getting out of my car to check.I got out of my car whilst they were drying my car. I noticed that there was still a LOT of dirt on my car. I asked them politely if they could clean the dirt off. I rubbed it with my fingers and it came off, yet they kept saying it was 'tarmac off the road'. There were many dirt marks and water marks which they had not dried, so I asked them to clean dirty parts and to dry the water marks. They were visibly annoyed and kept saying it was good and clean. Their attitude was terrible.After I asked them a few times to clean and dry different parts, they started gathering around me and my car, about 4/5 people, as if to try to intimidate me.I then noticed a LOT of scratches that were not there before, as well as a huge, deep chip that was not here before. I told them this wasn't here before and I asked them who did it and if their drying cloths were dirty and they kept denying it and started to talk aggressively towards me. At this point I thought it best to just leave and prevent any further damage to my car. They were obviously pissed off that I asked their lazy asses to actually do some work and so proceeded to scratch my car whilst pretending to dry my car.They then asked me for more than they originally quoted for!The place should be shut down.
