Went into store and asked a member of staff to explain the nextbase dash camera. I wanted to purchase the top of range camera and a rear camera . The staff member I asked was on the till got on the radio to call a member of staff to assist me . 40 minutes later and the girl had messaged for someone to assist me . I left Halfords fumming and without a dash cam . That is madness as I wanted to spend my cash . This happened to me last year when I went to purchase a bike , 45 minutes I waited without assist . I got sick of asking and I will never go back to Halfords, I will tell everyone I know how bad Halfords is and don't waste your time going into Halfords.
A good range of bike equipment upstairs and reasonable prices , seemed short staffed and was waiting 18 minutes in th queue !
Great after sales service from Marc. He took time out of his busy schedule to resolve the issues with my Dashcam, i.e. I am a dinosaur with technology - thanks to his very patient and expert advice I can now retrieve my video footage via my laptop. Many, many thanks. B.T.D.
Firstly I am not a fan of Halfords, but I needed a headlamp bulb fitting urgently and was passing through Stockport. The fitter was brilliant and I had a new bulb fitted in no time. Would definately recomemd. Great Service!!
Appalling customer service. I have today been falsely accused of shoplifting at this store, despite having been a regular customer for over twenty years. I will never buy anything from Halfords ever again.
