I have been using the salon for years now- always well looked after and advice is spot on. Leanne usually does it and I let her do what she thinks it needs. Never disappointed and all the staff are lovely. Can always squeeze me in even at short notice they are flexible! I now have them looking after my daughters hair too. Wouldn't go anywhere else !

Ive nothing but positive comments for this place. Brilliant service, fantastic staff and value for money. My skin has improved so much since using this salons services. I feel welcome and comfortable with all staff. I trust their advice and they never try to upsell or push their services. Ever since moving into the area I have had nothing but great experiences with this salon. They are super reliable & I would recommend them to anyone. Although today I am feeling very disappointed with the customer service I received via telephone. I called to try my luck at booking a last minute appointment for tomorrow (usually they are fantastic at squeezing me in). I was greated on the phone by a super friendly staff member, but before I even had chance to ask what appointment I was after I was told there are no appointments left for tomorrow. They are fully booked. So after hanging up I decided to look/book online for an alternative appointment another day, only to find that there was more than one appointment available for tomorrow at the exact times I was after. I can only assume that as it was 4:45 & they close at 5:00 the staff member I spoke too was In too much of a rush to finish on time that she couldnt be bothered to look at the appointments in detail & nearly lost the business an appointment. I would like to add that I have never had a bad experience, & highly recommended the salon. I was just disappointed with the lack of customer interest & service I received today.
